Outdoor pool
The ONE lifestyle residences Curaçao offers the luxury of swimming in your private pool looking out over the ocean. A spacious outdoor swimming pool is located on the elevated ground level of the project.
Entrance and access
A great building and luxurious living require a welcoming entrance. The spacious lobby of the ONE Mambo Beach comes complete with seating, air conditioning, front desk and toilet.
The lobby provides access to all the apartments in the main building, as well as to the elevated ground level where you will find the pool. For convenience, the main building is fitted with a second elevator, minimizing walking distance to the residences. The South building also has its own elevator and there is a fourth elevator servicing the front building from the from the parking garage to the South building.
Parking and storage
Parking is indoor and organized over two levels, right under the elevated ground level. Each residence comes with one or two designated parking spots. The penthouses come with two parking spots.
From the residences, the parking area is easily accessible by two elevators in the main building and a third elevator centrally located on the elevated ground level.
From the street, cars access and exit the parking area via two separate driveways, secured by access control. In addition to the designated parking spots, each apartment has a lockable storage room.
